Everyone we dealt with from Fortin was top-notch. You are quite fortunate to have the crews you have working for you. He stood on his head to get us in early. He was aware of our situation, and we are most appreciative of his efforts. Bub is awesome, and we are looking forward to dealing with him. I hope we didn't leave anyone out. If we did, rest assured that everyone from your organization was top drawer. This is the second home we built, and the process with Fortin was much smoother than the first. I had to be on site 2-3 times a day with our first home construction. With Fortin, I sometimes went several weeks without going on site; I didn't have to.

Having talked with four builders before Fortin Construction, during which time we began the design of our new home, we were impressed from the first meeting with Mark Fortin as we told him what we wanted to build. At the end of a two-hour meeting, he presented us with a nine-page document describing what we would build, ending with the cost. The design process continued in consultation with members of the Fortin team, and then the building began. Only two weeks after the target date, we moved into our beautiful new home (our design was a framing challenge). The house is a display of craftsmanship and artistry, but even more remarkable was the quality of the Fortin team, including all of the subs. Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with, right through to the customer service gentleman who followed up on the inevitable post-closing details. We have come to think of them as friends. Fortin Construction is a company of high competence and high integrity. When I describe our experience to people who have built homes, they are incredulous. We enthusiastically recommended Fortin Construction to anyone wanting to build a quality home in Maine (even if "quality" doesn't mean expensive). We expect this to be our last house, and we expect to continue to be very happy with the house and the team that built it for us.
